Born and raised in Austria, Margaret developed her strong customer service beliefs as a child helping her family run a summer hotel.   She honed her skills in service as she furthered her education in the hotel and hospitality industry in Salzburg, Austria.   It was always her childhood dream to see the world and because of her family’s hospitality to an American exchange student, Margaret came to the US.

It was marriage to a talented Peruvian pianist that kept her in California.   Together they developed a very successful gourmet restaurant.   Margaret was the culinary artist and Augusto lent his musical talents to the atmosphere.    It was the success of the restaurant that took them into property development and ownership.   Margaret got her real estate license and has been an investor ever since.

After settling in Sarasota, Margaret became a Florida Real Estate Agent.   Several months later she got her Brokers license.   Because of her European background and familiarity with the Latin culture, she knows her talents lie in assisting foreign nationals.   Besides her language skills in English she speaks fluent German, Spanish and has a working knowledge of French and Italian.   As a Certified International Property Specialist and past Chairperson for the Sarasota Association of Realtors International Council she knows the needs of, not only the American, but especially other cultures.
